Production Status Visualization System
Reduction of power consumption for compressors! Management forms that are difficult to find can be instantly located in digital format.
Our company has adopted a "Production Status Visualization System" proposed by engineers close to the field, which is easy to understand at a glance. It enables visualization of the operating rates and reasons for stoppage for each piece of equipment, as well as abnormal items and recovery personnel. By visualizing the electricity consumption of two compressors that were constantly running, we were able to identify stoppage times, leading to cases where electricity consumption was reduced due to these stoppages. We possess the know-how to utilize data from the perspectives of operators, supervisors, and managers. 【Features】 ■ Visualization of operating rates for each piece of equipment ■ Visualization of reasons for equipment stoppage ■ Visualization of abnormal items and recovery personnel ■ Visualization of time by part number ■ Visualization of real-time electricity usage by operation *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
